Multiple Capital has provided two loan facilities to the Coburg Quarter Project that is being developed by Future Estate.

  • Investment 1 is to be repaid out of settlement proceeds from the OCQ project. The project involves 148 apartments and is due to complete in Q4 2020.
  • Investment 2 is an 18 month first mortgage loan secured against 6 development lots which are expected to yield 36 townhouses and over 500 apartments in various stages.
